Part I: Uproar created by Obama's Trespass Bill and executive order

Newscast Media LOS ANGELES, CalifOver the weekend I was bombarded with phone calls about the recently-signed Trespass Bill H.R. 347 and the executive order issued by Obama on National Defense Resources Preparedness. So for the sake of my readership, I will tackle both topics in this series.

As usual, because I have no affiliation to either Democrats or Republicans, and as an independent journalist, I will present both sides in this series. There have been protests about the Trespass Bill because the language implies that someone could end up being arrested by law enforcement, upon entering an area that is protected, yet the person arrested is unaware of any such federal protections.

The bill in part states: "Whoever—(1) knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do so; (2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions. . .shall be punished as provided in subsection (b). The punishment for a violation of subsection (a) is—(1) a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both." You may read or download the entire Trespass Bill here. (pop-up)

There have been several protests even from Obama's supporters urging him to overturn the bill.  Some believe, the bill is targeting the Occupy Wall Street movement to stifle free speech. CNN also widely covered this issue and the protests that emanated as a result of the Trespass Bill in this article. (pop-up)

If we take a look at the Tea Party movement that was operational between early 2009, and peaked in 2010, thereafter became docile, then compare it to the Occupy Wall Street movement that has only been active for about seven (7) months there is a big difference.  If this really had to do with Obama preventing protestors from assembling and muzzling their free speech, the perfect time to do it would have been in 2010 during the mid-terms when the Tea Party was at its best.

Yet they were allowed to pursue their political ambitions that cost Obama and the Democrats the mid-term elections.  On the other hand, the Occupy Wall Street has recently been created and heavily supported by liberal Democrats, the liberal media and Hollywood celebrities, yet the Trespass Bill is perceived as targeting the OWS movement.  Why is that so? Would Obama allow the Tea Party to function without attempting to shut them down, then shut down Occupy Wall Street, yet he himself was once a community organizer?  Wouldn't he be going against the grain since he is a promoter of activism?

I believe there is a much deeper reason than most people realize.  To begin with, the OWS movement had an affinity for violence.  Countless reports about rogues and criminals committing crimes intentionally have been reported. You did not see this with the Tea Party.  They seemed methodical in their M.O. Anyone working in and around a federal agency would be concerned about the safety of his or her life, considering the aggressive and hostile behavior that has been exhibited at some of these public OWS events. The president himself would also be concerned about his safety considering the number of people who have tried to scale the White House fence but were tackled by the Secret Service.  Some of these people might have a predisposition to committing violent acts, or might be neuro-linguistically programmed to harm others.

There is an out-of-print book by investigative journalist Walter Bowart called Operation Mind Control that details how people can be programmed to commit crimes against high-ranking officials.  You won't find this book in any American bookstore because the CIA purchased all known copies due to its controversial nature.  The used ones being sold online go for over $250-plus.

In his book, Bowart talks about how we are living in a Cryptocracy. "It is the plan of a secret bureaucracy—what I call a cryptocracy—which conspires against our laws and our freedoms. "Cryptocracy" is a compound of crypto, meaning "secret," and -cracy, meaning "rule, government, governing body." The cryptocracy, then, is the secret government whose identity and whereabouts have slowly and reluctantly been hinted at by the Congress through its investigations into Watergate, the CIA, and the rest of the intelligence community," Bowart says.
