PART I - How to understand the way the matrix functions in society

Newscast Media HOUSTON, Texas --When presidential candidate Mitt Romney was at the Iowa State Fair on August 11, this past summer, he was heckled because he said corporations were people. However, the hecklers failed to extract the underlying substance of Romney's message. Indeed it is true that by legal definition corporations are people and I will demonstrate in this article, supported by laws, that the courts view people and corporations as the same entity. People do not like reading these kinds of articles, because it goes against conventional wisdom, and everything they've been taught is true but in reality is false.
A retired judicial officer who wishes to remain anonymous revealed a hidden truth that changed the way I see things, and said, "In the Matrix we live in, nothing is real, but your mind is conditioned to believe that everything is real. The Matrix is far too big to be defeated, and people in control of it represent the most powerful and intelligent people in the world. The ruling elite view the rest of the population as too stupid (their words, not mine) to make decisions for themselves."
The the judicial officer said that the constitution was secretly converted into a Trust, so that public officials could make changes to it whenever they wanted. "The rules of the Trust are secret, and no Trustee is compelled to reveal them, or notify the beneficiary once a rule has been changed," he said.
One dilemma the Trustees faced is that they could not be Trustees and Beneficiaries at the same time, so the American people were unknowingly made the Beneficiaries of the Trust, and people are misled into believing the Constitution provides them with rights.
The officer said, "All high ranking public officials including lawyers and attorneys laugh at the ignorance of people who say their Constitutional Rights have been violated. That's why lawyers and attorneys treat the average person as an inferior individual, and have an air of arrogance they convey in their demeanor and speech." (An attorney is different from a lawyer. Lawyers speak the law).
Our rights as human beings are inherent and come directly from God. The purpose of the Constitution is to prevent the government from interfering with our inalienable rights. In otherwords, it is your God-given right to speak freely. The Constitution's First Amendment, prevents government or anyone from interfering with that right, which is referred to as freedom of speech. Your rights therefore do not come from the Constitution, the U.S. Constitution protects your "inalienable rights" given to you by God, from being infringed upon.
Your rights such as life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness existed before government was formed. These are pre-existing rights that transcend any government. People call government into existence to protect the exercising of such rights. Without government, rapists, thieves, murderers, would make life unbearable therefore government protects our inherent rights by arresting and prosecuting such people. However, when government oversteps its bounds to protect our inherent rights, the U.S. Constitution keeps it in check.
Yet you have to assert yourself as a living, breathing, flesh human, because you were converted into corporate/legal fictions by the ruling elite. The reason you were converted into a corporate fiction is because by legal definition America is a "Corporation" and in order to have jurisdiction over you, they had to convert you into a corporate fiction.
Look at: U.S. Code TITLE 28 § 3002 (15)(A) Definition of the United States
(15) "United States" means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
You can easily identify your corporate identity because it is spelled IN ALL CAPS. Look at your Driver's License, your passport, social security card, and any other state or federal document, and you'll see that your name is in capital letters. For example, your corporate identity would be spelled: JOHN DOE, however, your true name as a living, breathing, natural human with inherent rights from God is spelled: John Doe.
